writing desk high floor friendly staff air conditioner worn carpet water heater

I really loved my superior room! it had a really nice writing desk area. i also appreciate the high floor we got. Street noise wasn't a problem. the breakfast was just awesome and the reception staff were so friendly i cant complain!

I wish the air conditioner worked better, it was a bit warm in the room.

superior room handy location

i stayed several nights in a superior room. breakfast included many dishes to choose from, i enjoyed that. the hotel's location near bus stops proved really handy, it saved me a ton of time.

the water pressure in the shower wasn't as strong as i prefer.

Adequate Stay with Noted Disappointments

moldy grout smudged mirrors

My room was not up to standard, a point that needs addressing. I found the bathroom unclean, specifically noting moldy grout and hairs in the sink. the mirrors were smudged. This lack of attention is unacceptable. Rooms with skylights were also problematic due to the heavy noise during rainfall, a detail prospective guests should be aware of.

Excellent Stay in Central Location

I found this hotel superb. The location is excellent and right in the city center. My room featured a skylight that was a nice addition. The workout room surpassed average expectations. The pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were also fabulous.

I observed very little hot water in the mornings.

A MIXED stay. Some issues need addressing

constant traffic undercooked eggs

I experienced some disturbances . Noise from outside kept me awake. The traffic seemed constant. The breakfast options were underwhelming. The scrambled eggs were not properly cooked. I find this concerning for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
